A Step in the Right Direction
Yosemite National Park, CA
The vibrant greens in a marshy tarn glow with the setting sun while a pristine reflection of Cathedral Peak beckons the intrepid hiker. Despite the clean reflection, it was very windy that afternoon. I was drawn to this area because of the shapes of the grasses in the water. This photo was captured when the light hitting the grasses at its absolute lowest point right before the tarn went into shadow. Photo © copyright by Michael Greene.
