Dreaming of Winter
Blackwater Falls State Park, West Virgini
Downstream from Elakala Fall #2 - this is the top of waterfall #3. It required quite a bit of bushwhacking and a winter stream crossing to get to this spot. The area has been ravaged by damage caused by Superstorm Sandy. This scene, however, remained photogenic and I was fortunate to capture it while it was snowing. Photo © copyright by Michael Greene.
