Window into the Soul

This was the first succesful image I made on my autumn trip to Colorado in early October of 2013. It was captured near Red Mountain Pass just before the direct light of the morning graced the back of the aspen forest in this scene. I was attracted to the deep views made possible by the yellow curtain of leaves that seemingly opened showcasing the depth of this area. Photo © copyright by Michael Greene.
